Clipore
Clipore is financed by the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Environmental Research (Mistra) and is governed by a Swedish programme board comprised of representatives of the public and private sectors as well as academia.

Clipore is a large and complex program, involving a number of collaborating institutes spread across the globe. We believe that this approach is a large advantage for a research program aimed at effectively tackling the world's most global environmental problem. Structurally, Clipore is a consortium of nine international research organizations that are internationally renowned in the field of climate policy research.

Phase 2 research is organized into five Work Packages (WPs) and focuses on various core issues related to the development and implementation of a future climate regime. All research in the program will be done within these Work Packages. The Work Packages will cover issues of particular concern for the future development in climate policy. In addition there will be a communication platform, a common activity for the whole program under the leadership of the Management Group.

A special activity under the research agenda is the establishment of research scholars at two universities; two at the department of economics at Göteborg University and two at the Department of Government at Uppsala University. These scholars are linked to the rest of the research program through direct participation in the Work Packages.

For each Work Package, there is a Work Package Coordinator, coordinating Clipore's efforts in its particular area. The program is further managed through the Management Group, consisting of the Work Package Coordinators and one representative from each of the participating research institutes not represented in the form of Coordinators, and the Program Director. The Management Group will have regular meetings, mainly through telephone or video conferences.
